A perpetual reserve made up of 50% of the 2016 vintage and 50% of the 2015 to 2010 vintages, Sébastien Mouzon’s “L’Ascendant” cuvée boasts a delicious patina.
The beautiful concentration of this cuvée and its chalky finish sign the style of the Grand Cru village of Verzy and its clay-limestone terroirs.
