Located halfway between Beaune and Paris, in the heart of the Chablis appellation, Domaine Jean-Paul and Benoît Droin is a 26-hectare estate set almost in the shadow of the Grands Crus hill.
The history of the Droin family is deeply linked to that of Chablis. Since the early 17th century, the family has carried on a long tradition of winemaking with great skill.
Jean-Paul Droin took over the family business in 1983, before handing over to his son Benoît in 2014, the fourteenth uninterrupted generation to head the estate!
With a wealth of the finest terroirs in Chablis, Domaine Droin boasts a parcel of land to make you green with envy: four appellation levels, including nine Premiers Crus and five of the seven Grands Crus.
