Weekend Tasting: Emmanuel Giboulot, expressive and unpretentious

Located in the heart of Beaune, Domaine Giboulot is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in Burgundy, initiated by Paul Giboulot in the 1970s.
Since 1985, his son Emmanuel has taken up the baton with brio, while in turn defending with conviction a viticulture that is as respectful as possible of the environment.
The estate also faithfully upholds a stylistic vision that produces fine, digestible wines, devoid of all artifice. “Purity, because that’s how I like and will always like wine.
Emmanuel Giboulot was highly publicized in 2013 and 2014 for having been condemned, then acquitted, after refusing to treat his vines against flavescence dorée disease.

We invite you to join us at the Boutique this Friday and Saturday to discover Emmanuel Giboulot’s style through two splendid examples combining authenticity and finesse.
