Weekend Tasting: Famille Paquet, Saint-Véran wines already at the top of their game
Located in the Mâconnais region, between the Solutré and Vergisson rocks, in the charming winegrowing village of Davayé, the Famille Paquet estate extends over the finest terroirs of the Saint-Véran appellation.
Founded in 1980 by Michel Paquet and his wife Jocelyn, the Valanges estate got a major boost in 2015 with the arrival on the farm of their three sons, Camille, Mathieu and Jean-Baptiste.
Tireless lovers of the terroirs of the Mâconnais region, the three brothers immediately raised the estate’s production standards to the highest level. With no concessions or compromises, everything is now done to achieve the highest level of quality.
In 2019, building on this momentum, Domaine des Valanges and Maison Camille Paquet will become Famille Paquet, one of Saint-Véran’s most exciting and promising projects!
Join us at the Boutique this Friday and Saturday to discover two Saint-Véran wines propelled to the top of the appellation by the Paquet brothers:
PAQUET FAMILY – Saint-Véran “En Crèches” 2020
PAQUET FAMILY – Saint-Véran “Les Cras” 2020
“Every morning we get up and say, ‘I want to make the best wine,’ and we study every detail to get there.”
Mathieu Paquet
