Weekend Tasting: Domaine Vauversin, with Oger as its only landmark

Located south of Épernay, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the village of Oger, Domaine Vauversin is a family adventure led by Bruno Vauversin and his son Laurent.
A winegrowing family since the 17th century, Vauversin was officially founded in 1929 by Fernand Vauversin.
After completing a 5-year training course in viticulture and oenology and spending several months in Australian vineyards, young Laurent Vauversin already had the makings of a great Champagne winemaker.
Their confidential, artisanal production comes from 4 small hectares of certified organic Chardonnay in the Grand Cru village of Oger.

Join us at the Boutique this Friday and Saturday to discover two Blanc de Blancs Champagnes that perfectly illustrate the greatness of Côte des Blancs Chardonnays.
