Weekend tasting: “Pierre Boisson, the brilliant handover”

Located in Meursault, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the Boisson-Vadot estate has been part of the Meursault elite for many years. Since 2017, Bernard Boisson and his wife née Vadot have passed the torch to their children, Anne and Pierre.
The former Boisson-Vadot estate, which covered 8 hectares, has been divided between Pierre, who farms 3.5 hectares, and his sister Anne. The ranks of “Grands Charrons” are now held by the son, while Anne takes over “Les Chevalières”.
Anne and Pierre each have their own style, but share the same values. So, naturally, they decided to vinify their wines under different labels in their own names.
The precious capital of pampered old vines, the meticulous care taken during vinification and the top-quality, long maturation on fine lees are the keys to the breathtaking complexity of these wines.

Join us at the Boutique this Friday and Saturday to discover two shades of Pinot Noir interpreted by maestro Pierre Boisson:
DOMAINE PIERRE BOISSON | Hautes-Côtes de Beaune red 2020
DOMAINE PIERRE BOISSON | Monthelie rouge 2019
