Doyard Champagnes stand out from their Champagne neighbors thanks to their assertive personality and intense aromatics. A wonderful discovery.

Winegrowers for 12 generations, the Doyard family benefits from an extensive winegrowing heritage in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. After initial experience in communications, Guillaume Doyard, current owner and supported by his father Yannick, returned to the estate following the death of his brother in 2017. He continues the work initiated by his brother with panache and passion. Here, Chardonnay sets the tone for colorful cuvées. Optimal ripeness of the harvested grapes, partial vinification in wooden barrels and low dosage give the different cuvées their distinctive character. Their champagnes, which benefit from extended aging ranging from 4 to 12 years, display genuine aromatic depth and uncommon elegance.
