Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs since the 19th century, the Larmandier family cultivates its vines with passion to offer champagnes that perfectly express their terroir of birth.
The Campanian chalk expresses its finest nuances here, accompanied by respectful, sustainable viticulture. Biodynamic principles have been applied here for over 20 years, favoring deep-rooted vines and the preservation of soil life. At the head of the family estate since the late 1980s, Pierre Larmandier is the instigator of these good practices, and since his arrival has brought a breath of modernity into the 17-hectare estate. The care lavished on the vines continues in the cellar, where vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts, and where maturation has taken place in barrels and foudres since 2001. The champagnes produced are of exemplary purity, combining silky texture and exotic aromas.
