Domaine de la Romanée Conti is one of the legendary wines of Burgundy and the world. Its reputation is matched only by the quality of the nectars it produces. The wines are charismatic and unique, allowing the terroir of each of the grands crus produced to express itself admirably. The hallmark of this atypical domaine is that it produces almost exclusively Grands Crus, each more prestigious than the last – Corton, Echezeaux, Grands Echezeaux, La Tâche, Montrachet, Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and, of course, Romanée-Conti.
The vines are cultivated using biodynamic methods, and every approach is based on a desire for simplicity and authenticity. The ultimate goal that drives every action is the same: to let each terroir express all its specificities in the most natural way possible.
