Descended from a line of winegrowers whose oldest, Jean Carillon, lived in the 1500s, Jacques Carillon is the faithful representative of the winegrowing passion that has always flourished in Puligny-Montrachet.

The original family estate led by Louis Carillon was naturally divided in 2010 between the two brothers, Jacques and François Carillon. Since then, Jacques and his wife Sylvie have passionately managed their 5-hectare estate, which includes some of the finest plots in Puligny-Montrachet. Chardonnay is king at the estate, where it is the object of attention and respect. Pampered in this way, the white grape gives birth to wines that faithfully express their terroir of birth while retaining their own personality. Gentle pressing and ageing on fine lees preserve the aromatic character of each cuvée, while preserving race and purity.
Among the finest expressions of Puligny-Montrachet.
