Vinification: Hand-harvested in small 15 kg crates, 30-50% whole grapes for reds, cold prefermentary maceration, light punching down, natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged 16-20 months

Certified organic since 2008, the estate has made respect for the rhythms of the plant its priority. The 22.5 hectares that make up the estate are worked with passion and understanding. Once harvested, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve their purity, and the wine is aged according to the specific characteristics of each terroir. The result is elegant, pure wines with a distinctive personality.
