The Rhodanian landscape abounds in magical terroirs, and Pierre-Jean Villa is one of a long line of talented winemakers who are sublimating this exceptional winegrowing heritage.

Pierre-Jean Villa’s first foray into the world of wine was in Burgundy, where he represented the Clos de Tart wines for several years. In the early 2000s, he returned to the land of his childhood and joined the Vins de Vienne trio, created by François Villard, Yves Cuilleron and Pierre Gaillard. He launched his own domaine in 2009, having found the vines that had captured his heart. Since then, his entire vineyard has been farmed organically, and the care given to the vines continues in the cellar, where the juices are treated with gentleness and respect. His son Hugo and daughter Pauline have since joined him on the estate, and together they are continuing this wonderful family winegrowing adventure. Favoring common sense and respect, the Villa family offers wines with solar energy and perfect balance.
