In the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, Pierre-Yves Colin and Caroline Morey produce wines in their own image, sincere and inspiring.
Born into a family of winemakers, Pierre-Yves Colin cut his teeth on the Marc Colin family estate until 2005. He then embarked on his own adventure with his wife Caroline Morey, giving birth to Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey. In total, the couple look after 13 hectares, which they work like their own garden. The grapes are always harvested at their optimum, preserving a subtle balance between freshness and perfect ripeness. Vinification is carried out with little intervention, leaving room for a singular ageing process in demi-muids that respects and accompanies the faithful expression of each terroir. Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey’s white wines are airy, slender and beautifully aromatic. The red wines of Domaine Caroline Morey captivate us with their floral fragrances and supple texture.
