Founded in the 18th century, Domaine Roulot is one of the stars of the Côte de Beaune.
Biodynamically cultivated since the early 2000s, the vines here are the object of the utmost attention. Each terroir is pampered and enhanced by parcel-by-parcel vinifications that reveal the unique character of each place.
Accompanied by Paul Delorme, Jean-Marc Roulot takes a low-interventionist approach, aiming to accompany the wine as naturally as possible so that it reveals its history and origins. True to his convictions, he offers wines with controlled vivacity and remarkable finesse. The airy aromas and silky mouthfeel intoxicate and transport us. Suitable for ageing, each cuvée sees its great potential enhanced by a few years in the cellar to reach its peak when tasted.
At the pinnacle of the Meursault appellation, Jean-Marc Roulot, of the eponymous domaine, enjoys a spectacular worldwide reputation that continues to reward the work of this multi-talented winemaker.
