In the Tollot family since the end of the 19th century, the estate is now masterfully managed by cousins Nathalie, Olivier and Jean-Paul, and offers us wines with bewitching aromatic depth.
Of the estate’s 24 hectares, 2 are devoted to Chardonnay and 22 hectares to Pinot Noir. Located exclusively in the Côte de Beaune region, the estate’s vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture, enabling better rooting of the vines and thus more intense aromatic depth in each cuvée. Yields are limited to ensure the natural concentration of each berry. The grapes are brought to the winery at the height of their ripeness, producing wines of natural complexity that express the purest character of each terroir.
Barrel ageing, for both whites and reds, adds that extra touch of soul and authenticity that completes our enthusiastic appreciation for the meticulous work of this excellent domaine.
