Family-owned for three generations, Domaine Vincent Dauvissat continues to occupy a prime position on the Chablis scene.

The fourth generation to head the family domaine, Etiennette Dauvissat is brilliantly continuing the work begun by her forebears. Tended like a garden, the vines give the best of themselves, thanks to controlled yields that lead to the harvest of grapes at optimum maturity. The juices are also the focus of attention in the winery, where vinification takes place in a climate that is not too interventionist, allowing the different terroirs of each appellation to express themselves to the full. The result is Chablis with an assertive personality and pure, concentrated aromas. Present in the four local appellations, Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, the range of wines offered by the domaine is unmistakable, and the well-deserved reputation of Domaine Dauvissat extends worldwide.
